Hello Keith Jackson,
Thanks a lot for your tips to promote a team building.I got more tips promote for team buildings.
Great to hear Mahmudul that you picked up some good tips to help you build a more positive team!
Team building needs people who has same dreams, and passion to excel, a great believe within themselves to move ahead.
Good point Vasu about people all needing a passion to excel in order to move ahead as a team!
I am very interested in the positivity in a team. These tips will help me becoming a better leader. I am currently investigating teacher leadership as well as the different styles. I am defined as a middle-of-the-road leader under the definition from "The Blake Mouton Managerial Grid". This means that I try to find the balance between being task-oriented and people- oriented. The tips that I will certainly use to become a better leader will be to celebrate the wins, as well an enforcing positive communication. The first win we will celebrate on our Behavior Team is our problem solving skills. I would like to celebrate the team members on my team for all of the hard work they have done. Thanks for the tip!
